Introduction:
Cypermethrin chloride is a key intermediate in the preparation of cypermethrin. Cypermethrin is a thick, yellow or brown semi-solid substance. Cypermethrin is a fine chemical product with strong contact killing, gastric poisoning, and feeding prevention effects. It is especially highly active against lepidopteran pests. It is the largest agricultural production of new pyrethroids that was rapidly developed in the 1970s. One of the pesticide varieties, it is suitable for the prevention and control of pests in various crops such as cotton, rice, vegetables, fruit trees and tea.
Chemical properties:
The pure product of dichlorochloride is a colorless liquid, and the industrial product is a yellow transparent liquid with a pungent odor, b.p.92~98℃/560pa (110~122℃/1.33kpa), n20D1.5228, soluble in ether, acetone, Organic solvents such as benzene and toluene react with water and alcohol.
use:
The chemical name of dichlormethrin is (±)cis-trans-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2,2-dichlorovinylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid chloride). It is an important intermediate for pyrethroids and can be used to prepare permethrin. ester, cypermethrin, beta-cypermethrin, pentycypermethrin, penvalethrin, transfluthrin, cyfluthrin (trimethrin), etc.
production method:
The preparation method is to react perchloric acid with sulfoxide chloride, phosphorus trichloride or phosgene to prepare perchloric acid chloride. Add permethrin and toluene to the reaction kettle, add a catalyst, and start to pass phosgene when the temperature rises to 80°C with stirring. The phosgene flow rate is 4m3/h. Keep the temperature at 80~90°C for about 1.5 hours. The reaction reaches At the end point, stop passing phosgene. After cooling, nitrogen gas is blown out to blow out excess phosgene. The reaction tail gas is recovered by the tail gas absorption device and treated with hydrochloric acid and alkali. After the nitrogen flow is stopped, vacuum distillation is performed, and toluene is recovered to obtain dichlormethrin.
